Privacy Policy

Cet Tech LLC (“we”, “us”) operates Milo, an AI fitness and nutrition coaching app and web platform available at milofit.app. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Data we collect

Name, email, fitness metrics (height, weight, age, benchmarks), workout and nutrition logs, and usage data to improve our AI coaching.

Apple HealthKit data

With your explicit permission in the iOS app, Milo reads data from Apple HealthKit to personalize your training and nutrition plans and to measure your progress. We may read the following types: steps, active energy burned, basal energy burned, body mass, body fat percentage, lean body mass, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), VO2 Max, sleep analysis, and workout sessions (type, duration, energy burned, heart rate).

Cloud sync (optional, off by default). If you enable “Cloud Sync” in the iOS app, daily summaries (not raw samples) of the HealthKit data above are uploaded to your private account in Google Firebase so that you can view your progress on this web dashboard at milofit.app and on the Milo Telegram bot you have linked to your account. Cloud Sync requires a separate in-app consent action in addition to the Apple Health permission prompt. You can disable Cloud Sync and permanently delete all synced health data at any time from the iOS app under Settings → Health & Privacy.

Apple HealthKit data is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties for their own use, never sent to analytics or crash reporting, never stored in iCloud or CloudKit, and never sold. It is used only to provide you with the Milo coaching service across the iOS app, the web dashboard, and the Telegram bot.

How we use it

To generate personalized training and nutrition plans, improve our AI models (excluding Apple HealthKit data, which is never used for model training), send optional notifications, and provide customer support.

Data storage

Your account data and, if enabled, your HealthKit daily summaries are stored securely in Google Firebase (US region). Raw HealthKit samples never leave your device. Workout logs you create in-app are stored locally on your device via SwiftData and are synced to your Firebase account only when the corresponding sync features are enabled.

Third parties

We use Firebase (authentication, Firestore database), Google Gemini (AI plan generation), Stripe (payments), and Render (hosting). We do not sell your data. Apple HealthKit data is not shared with Google Gemini, Stripe, or any other third-party processor for their own use; only your de-identified plan inputs are sent to Gemini for plan generation.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in either the iOS app or the web dashboard, or by emailing us at info@cettechventure.com. You may revoke Apple HealthKit access at any time from the iOS Settings app (Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Milo).
